Bad ram slot causing bsod

I ran Primetest95 all night long with no errors or anything. Here and there i get some BSoD's.. my OC should be stable.. i checked my ram settings in bios and noticed i have them in dimm slot 2 and 4 xD.. Could that be a possible cause or one of my ram sticks going bad? I'm hoping its just the dimm slots they are in xD

I found that my 2g stick was causing the bsod, so I took it out and only have 1g now. Is this ram considered bad or should I try to clean it and put it in another ram slot to see if it still works. It is still recognized as ram by the comp just caused the blue screens is all.
